When I was on the midway completing Motoko Kusanagi in this artwork [link] , I came to realize that her face was almost similar to Lightning's face... I kept on staring and staring until like "hmm... why not I use the same model and make her into Lightning?" And from there I start changing her hair style, do some heavy modification in her face, put her outfit on and... TADA! It turned out as I planned. But the background isn't what I was expecting... What I planned at initial was to building up my own imaginary Cocoon city in the night. Well, due to my lack of creativity, it turned out like... Ah, what the hell... I just use up the bird view screenshot of Cocoon City and put it as background LOL  Enjoy anyway!  [Edit - 8th April 09] I've have re-polish the whole image into more 3D look and make the color deeper and vibrant. At the same time, the title has been changed into simpler version and placed beside Lightning. Material Used: Adobe Photoshop CS2/ CS3 Wacom Graphire 4 Completion Period: 2 months?
